I am Jonathan Lloyd and I am the High School Principal.  I joined        this team in 2015 and found a great school with some great teachers.  I’m excited to    serve these young people and teachers.  My number one goal is to make decisions on    behalf of the district that will give the students every opportunity to succeed in life.

 I am a father of four.  My oldest daughter, Paige, lives in Wichita Falls, TX.  My oldest son, Timothy, Is a graduate of Tyler Junior College and is pursuing a career in Criminal Justice.  My Daughter, Baylee, is a graduate of Detroit High School and is attending Tarleton State University. Garret, the youngest, attends Detroit High School and is active in Sports.   

I hold a Master’s Degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX  and a Bachelor’s Degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX.  My wife Belinda and I have both been in education for many years. 

We love to  spend time with our families and watch our children and yours grow into  productive adults.  We spend most of our spare time in that endeavor.  When we are  not attending school sports activities we relax at the Lake.
