Welcome to my page!  I have always wanted to teach ever since I was 8 playing "school" with all my dolls and stuffed animals.  There are a lot of teachers in my family, so I guess you could say it's "in my blood".  

     I started off my teaching career in Elementary teaching 1st grade; and, boy, what a challenge that was!  After one year, I moved to Middle School Special Education.  That's when I realized that I belonged here.  I have grown to be extremely passionate about Special Education, and I have definitely grown to love these drama-filled, hormonal pre-teens that I get to work with on a daily basis!  

     I encourage parental involvement and support, so if you ever have any questions or need to talk to me about anything concerning your child, please don't hesitate to contact me.  I am thrilled and honored to be able to spend each school day with your child.  Thank you all for giving me this opportunity; after all, your awesome kids are the reason I love doing what I do!
