Child Enrollment
To be eligible for Head Start enrollment during 2023-2024 school year, a child must be three or four years old on or before September 1, 2023, come from a family whose income is at or below subsistence level, and/or have a disability. Please feel free to fill out an application and return it to the Head Start office to see if your child qualifies. When returning the application, please bring the child's: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Immunization Record and a Proof of Income (Check Stub or Tax Return).
